Blues Not The Only Club Chasing Hulk-REPORTS

Hulk is yet to make a serious call on his future...
Just like football, the transfer window is also filled with ups and downs. Reports this morning from GOAL.com UK and other sources are quoting Hulk’s agent that the Blues are facing stiff competition from other European clubs to acquire the services of the 25 year old Brazilian.

His agent claims Chelsea are not the only team after the player's signature during the forthcoming transfer window. An earlier IBTimes UK report suggested that we were very close to signing the 25 year old FC Porto player who has left the matter in the hands of his agent, Teodoro Fonseca, while he concentrates on the 2012 London Olympics. His agent has now denied the rumour indicating a deal has been agreed between the Blues and his client
He was quoted as saying-

"The Blues [Chelsea] are not the only European club interested and at the moment it all depends on Porto," said Fonseca, according to a report on Goal.com.
"I am in permanent contact with president Pinto Da Costa but there have been no advances on this subject.
Hulk's agent will have a major call on his future...
The club want him to stay and we have received the offer of a new deal," the Independent quoted Fonseca as saying, hinting that despite interest from Chelsea and other clubs his client could be continue at the Estadio do Dragao.

"The club want him to stay and we have received the offer of a new deal. If Hulk stays in Porto then there is no problem as he is happy in Porto.
"He has had three years of interest from big European clubs and he still plays in Portugal."

Yes the news is a little disappointing and as well as bit disheartining if you are a True Blue. With the club yet to sign a striking partner/second striker for Torres Hulk’s signing could prove to be vital in filling that gaping hole in the Chelsea attack. Well the optimiestic part here is the Blues are still being strongly linked to the likes of Cavani, Falcao and now Malaga striker José Salomón Rondón which proves that the Blues are yet to finish their business in the striking department and a world class striker could be on his way to Stamford Bridge.

Well all I can say is that wherever Hulk goes this summer or even if he stays at Porto his agent will have a big say on his future...

  1. Hulk and his agent have to be straight forward and stop what they are trying to do because it won't help both party.

  2. If he did not sign 4 chelsea he is not 4 chelsea. Lets sign another player and move on without him we can still win trophies
